Rechargeable

The world divides itself into two distinct realities. Above, the deep ocean presses close, filled with blue currents and the silent, massive forms of tuna. A young girl floats here, serene and receptive, her head encased in a geometric cowl that draws energy from the depths. She is the receiver, absorbing the subconscious wisdom of the currents and the wild, unmeasured world.

Below lies a realm of control and convention. An archaic dinner party unfolds, stiff collars, formal poses, and a guest experiencing it all through a VR headset. This gathering embodies the exhausted, static machinery of human society.

The vital link between these worlds is the transfer of energy. A man’s hands reach upward, cradling a radiant orange triangle, a shard of pure, distilled energy drawn from the core of the rechargeable self. This triangle is the battery of the soul, powered by focus and the unburdened mind. The woman at the table, with her high ruff, represents the social demand for this energy. The child is the source; the hands, the conduit; the formal world, the constant consumer. Together, they form a mechanism fueled by the regenerative power of inner stillness.
